My personal thanks to the entire staff at CARSTAR Oakville-West, Lorenzo, Santo and indeed the entire front office staff for the absolute first class treatment you afforded me whilst reparing my New Genesis.

In this day and age when Customer Service is often talked about but rarely delivered your Service was exemplary. A curtious staff kept me abreast of the repair progress by phone, and infact encouraged visits to see my car at various stages of the work. Management and Staff had a demonstrated concern for a timely repair and a committment to a job just very well done with great attention to detail. My damaged car looks like New again.

All in all a pleasant experience.
