After having a scary car accident my experience at CARSTAR Oakville was care free. They knew exactly what to do, A rental car was waiting for me when I dropped off my car. I wanted to let people know that Lorenzo and Santo took excellent care of me. Santo took my car under his wings and made it better than it was. When I picked it up it was shinny and CLEAN…this was a pleasant bonus since I have three young boys that had made it very dirty. It was so refreshing to have such great customer service. I have already recommend them to all my friends.
