It started with a collision, that Neil handled at your Winston Churchill site. He was always professional and courteous to deal with, as was all your staff. He always went the extra mile to fix something, when it wasn’t right. Or when, I was unsatisfied with a particular aspect of the repair, he went out of his way to quickly resolve the situation. I would not hesitate to bring my car there or recommend it to a friend.

In addition, Andy at your Wyecroft site, always took the time to explain any mechanical issues to me when I had service done there. I had a belt installed that kept squealing, and when brought back he quickly resolved the problem, explained the issues to me, and resolved it to my satisfaction. Today in bringing in my car to get certified, after an outrageous quote from Subaru, his common sense approach quickly reassured me of the work that needed to be done, and personally showed me the issues on the car.
