I am really happy with the service I received from CARSTAR for the repairs on my Grand Highlander. A special thanks to Jeff. He was great to deal with from the beginning. He always replied quickly to my texts, kept me updated throughout the repair, and made sure I knew what was going on. When I picked up the car, Jeff took the time to explain everything they had done and answered all my questions. He also told me to reach out if anything comes up after the repair, which I really appreciated. The whole experience was smooth and professional. Thanks again to Jeff and the CARSTAR team for taking good care of my car!

Lorenzo, Jeff and the whole team did an amazing job helping me successfully complete my windshield replacement. They also went out of their way to have my car cleaned, detailed and touch up the front end chips. Excellent customer care and support. I highly recommend them.

I recently needed body repair on my vehicle and took it to Carstar in Oakville. Anna took great care of me from the start and all along the way kept me updated on the repair. In a few days my vehicle was repaired and looking great. They did a fantastic job! Not only did they take care of the repair but they also gave my vehicle a complete detail in and out. I was surprised and grateful. Looks like a brand new vehicle again. Thanks to the team for a great experience! I would highly recommend Carstar in Oakville, on Wyecroft road to anyone looking for a reliable body shop.
